Caviar in Azerbaijan

The caviar of sturgeon breeds, of Azerbaijan sector of Caspian Sea, by contents of albumen, fat and amino acid have no analogues in the world. In structure of beluga caviar there is a dairy acid, which is very necessary for human organism.
100 grams of product contain:
albumen - 37 %;
fat -14 %;
carbohydrates - 0.12 %;
vitamins B1- 0.36 %; B2 - 1.5 %;
A - 0.18 %;
calorie content - 206 ÊCal.
Beluga, starred sturgeon and sturgeon caviar are packed, using the newest technologies of packing. The packing line, which was delivered by Germany firm LUBECA, is supervised by the computer and has capacity up to 1000 jars in hours.

OSIETRA CAVIAR

Soft Osietra caviar is packed
in 30, 50, 100 gr. jars,
content of salt 3,5 - 4 %,
Without antiseptics, storage temperature -2; -4 °C,
By the order of the consumer, caviar can be made with addition antiseptics.

BELUGA CAVIAR

Soft Beluga caviar is packed
in 30, 50, 100 gr. jars,
